       Film Festival
Day 1, Thursday night, was a resounding success!

Friday night will be even better! (and Saturday!!)

We estimate about 75 attendees who all seemed to thoroughly enjoy themselves. There was smiling, laughing, "OHH"-ing, and lots of clapping. People had interesting questions during the Q&A. And many people enjoyed the pizza and salad pre-dinner.

Last night we showed the "local" films made by the festival coordinators, who are not eligible to win the $300 and $50 prizes.

Tonight (Friday) we will show the entered and accepted films, over 20 high-quality short films. Don't miss it or you will definitely miss out.

And Saturday we will show the complete mix of local and entered films. Saturday will also be the day the audience will vote for the prize winners for Best of Fest. (Short Film and Brief)

So come one, come all, and bring your friends and family to join in on the fun, tonight and tomorrow. (note that some films are light PG-ish)

The Consortium is a varied group of people interested in independent film and other related areas. Including all areas of indie film production, film in general, other productions of various kinds, multimedia, watching and appreciation. There tends to be an emphasis on indie films and filmmaking, particularly nano-budget, micro-budget, and small-budget filmmaking. All are welcome to join us, whether you are a writer, director, producer, actor, crew person, cinephile, or any other interested party. (suggested age range: mature teen through adult)
